Coordinated the following events and activities

As NSS Vice Captain: Organised various medical camps and awareness programs.

• As ENCON Club Secretary:

  Launched and implemented the project of putting up name boards indicating

  name and other details of the plant on all trees in the campus

• Nakshathravanam

  - ENCON club set up a garden in the campus with plants representing each astronomical sign.

Both the above projects were intended in creating awareness among students about different plants and the importance of preserving them.

• Installed water conservation adapters in the student mess hall

• Conducted various competitions, like essay writing and quiz for creating awareness about energy conservation

ENCON Unit won the best unit prize among medical colleges.

As College Union General Secretary:

• Organised National Research Conference - MOSCON 2019

• Organised All Kerala Inter Medical College Floodlight Football Tournament, Joga Bonito 2019.

• Restored a 30 year old park in the campus for students to use.

BEST NSS UNIT AWARD

NSS of MOSC medical college won the best NSS Unit Award among all medical colleges in Kerala and third best among all other KUHS university funded colleges in Kerala.

Dr. Jeemon K Sam ( Program officer of NSS MOSC), Sanoop Kumar Sherin Sabu ( Volunteer Secretary of NSS MOSC) and Sachin Daniel ( Vice Captain ) received the Cash award and Citation from the honourable finance minister of Kerala Prof. Dr Thomas  Issac in the presence of Vice-Chancellor of Kerala University of Health Science ( KUHS) Dr MKC Nair, at Trivandrum Government Ayurveda college on 25th March 2017.

NSS MOSC consisting of 118 volunteers lead by Sanoop Kumar Sherin Sabu and Sachin Daniel during the year 2016, have conducted 44+ events covering 263 hours of service. The key events include medical camps in adopted colony at Kunnackal ( Nellad), Eye donation awareness program ( Mannenu aenthinu Kannu) , anti-tobacco campaign, mega medical camps, visits to leprosy homes, donations, blood donation programs, environment conservation events, tree plantation, youth events etc. All events are actively supported by the staffs and departments of the college.
